Hollywood trained me.
Life humbled me. Now I speak on both.

After 13+ years developing film and television projects at the highest level, Aanch Khaneja now brings those same principles of storytelling, pressure, and performance, combined with research on the nervous system, to help teams and leaders navigate uncertainty, identity shifts, and the weight of sustained high performance.

She speaks to the importance of somatic movement for regulating, reclaiming identity, building resilience, and sustaining a high-performing life.

She Runs It — Mastering Leadership: Nurturing the Whole You

Movement & Self-Regulation February 10, 2026
Disney HQ, Santa Monica, CA

She Runs It, one of the leading organizations for women in marketing, media, and entertainment, brought Aanch to their Mastering Leadership morning experience at Disney headquarters in Santa Monica to lead the Movement & Self-Regulation session.

Drawing on somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and eye rest practices, Aanch gave a room of senior leaders practical tools they could use immediately, whether at their desk, before a meeting, or in a moment of overwhelm, to regulate their nervous system and return to strategic thinking.

The session covered:

  • Why the brain shifts from strategic to reactive thinking under stress, and how to interrupt it in under three minutes.

  • Guided breathwork and body scan to reset the nervous system in real time.

  • Micro-movement techniques designed for the workday. No mat, no equipment required.

  • Eye rest practices to combat screen fatigue and restore focus.
